Q. How soon should I expect my order to U.S. Mainland?
A. It will take about 4-7 days to U.S. Mainland from Honolulu by Priority Mail. But, Parcel Post Surface will cut about 1/2 of priority mail and takes about 4-6 weeks.. So, plan way ahead for smart shopping.
Q. Do you have a shop in Honolulu or just mail order only? Can I pick up my order when I arrive?
A. We will move to Mountain View in Big Island from February 2012. We discontinue free delivery. All orders must be mailed by air, surface or private carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
Q. If I buy a bulk, do you discount?
A. Yes, we discount 10% on certain items. Please ask us.
Q. We have a shop. Do you wholesale?
A. We don’t do wholesale business, but provide 10% of bulk discount on certain items. Please tell us about your business and what items you are interested in.
Q. How can I place my order?
A. Please

and click on the ORDER FORM page (scroll down
on the left frame). You can e-mail, fax or postal mail to us.
Q. Are you set up for paypal?
A. Yes. Please use our PayPal account - info@ailanakai.comFirst, we will let you know the merchandise total. Upon confirming your merchandise payment, we will pack your order and inform you of S&H. You can then pay S&H and we will process your order and mail them out. We sell our products on first-come-first-serve basis, therefore we hold PayPal order only 3 days after we notify you the merchandise total.
Q.
What is your minimum order?

We don’t require minimum order. However,
if you order in bulk, please contact us it’s availability and place an
order as backorder.
Q. I would like to order tote bag. How much is S&H?
A. U.S. Postal Service uses Dimensional Weight (1 cubic feet over). We use recycled boxes and try to use the perfect size for each order. Therefore, we cannot provide you the exact S&H. Again, by using Parcel Post Surface, it will cut about 1/2 of priority mail. It will take about 4-6 weeks.
Q. Do you ship to other other Hawaii Islands?
A. Yes, we do. Please specify the name of HOTEL, check-in DATE, delivery DATE, GUEST NAME. If it is delivered to the wedding coordinator, please specify her/his name, wedding date, name of Bride and Groom.

A. All Lauhala products are made in the Philippines. They are also made by hand. It will be depending on the maker, We constantly order and try to stock, however cannot tell when or how soon we can receive them. Therefore, we sell first-come-first-sell basis.
